Damn, man it’s great to see you again… I was hoping the last time we talked wasn’t the way it was going to end…<\/p>\n
I have so much to say and not sure how long I have to say it,<\/p>\n
thank you for making a man out of me<\/p>\n
if it wasn’t for your Leadership I wouldn’t be in this position that you see..<\/p>\n
You were my mentor my teacher my friend, my savior and means to an end…. Of an old life that wasn’t me, I was immature and not ready for reality<\/p>\n
But the lessons I was taught I carry with me daily… It’s the way I live my life and it’s paid off greatly….<\/p>\n
I want to make a promise to you that you will have never died in vain, I will be successful no matter what, even if it drives me insane…<\/p>\n
I owe you that much for the things you sacrificed, your family your kids and even your life.<\/p>\n
Imagine how vulnerable we felt, to lose a man of your class, wasn’t something we were trained to do no matter how much time can pass<\/p>\n
But I am getting strong with more time that goes by….
\nbut sometimes feels like I forget about you if I don’t acknowledge the anniversary that you died…<\/p>\n
I not sure what you want me to do… Can I get some advice, maybe a hint or a clue<\/p>\n
I need to know its ok to move on, I can’t let that day kill me the day it did you…<\/p>\n
because if I did then those bastards got me too.<\/p>\n
I refuse to let you die in vain… I will keep pushing to be successful until it drives me insane<\/p>\n
Sorry I am talking off your ear there is just so much I want to tell you, so much I need to get clear…<\/p>\n
What was that? You want to know how your family has been?<\/p>\n
Oh… They been good man… From time to time Me and the boys check on them….<\/p>\n
Little Jonny’s playing baseball now and has a great swing a real natural you know…<\/p>\n
You should see him now…
\nHe is getting so big and You would recognize his smile…<\/p>\n
it’s like a carbon copy of you as a kid….
\nWhen he is with his friends he has the same laugh you did…<\/p>\n
Your daughter Victoria, she is dating now… I know I know it isn’t how…<\/p>\n
it’s been 7 years… And she’s 16 now…
\nDon’t worry too much brother we always have close sight, she’s a good kid man, you raised her right.<\/p>\n
How’s Kelly… Well she remarried last year… He’s a police officer , lol he’s not a Ranger… It’s nice to see Kelly’s no longer a single mother…<\/p>\n
He treats the kids good but not sure if you want to hear, they have their own child now his name is Ryan and he is almost about a year…<\/p>\n
I think It’s good to see them live… They were so lost for sometime and something had to give…<\/p>\n
Come to think of it, I should take my own words to heart, because life since you left, I haven’t let it start…<\/p>\n
They moved on… And I think it’s time I do to…<\/p>\n
